Processing & Shipping Policy

Processing Time:  All orders ship within 1-3 business days.  Customized pieces may require 1-3 additional days.  If you need a product quickly, call or text us at 1-225-777-8830 and we will try and accommodate your request.

Packaging:  Every item is wrapped carefully to protect the cork’s natural texture and beauty during transit.  Most bags come with a dust cover bag, just like luxury brands.

Shipping:  Packages ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included.  You’ll receive automatic updates every step of the way.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping with orders over $75.  Under $75 the USPS Priority Mail shipping costs is only $5.00

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@corkandcrafts.net or 1-225-777-8830 and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Returns / Exchanges 

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on non-customized items.
  Customized items are final sale unless defective.
• To start a return or exchange, please email us, CLICK HERE, with your order number and a photo of the item in its original condition. Once approved, the customer will be instructed how to return the product.  

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

• unused
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with any included packaging

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

How to Order Customized Products at No Additional Charge

Most of our products can be personalized with symbols, initials, inspirational words, any element or simple accents.  Products that can be customized have a CUSTOM style option you choose when adding to your cart.

How to Order:

1. Choose your product and select the CUSTOM style and add it to your cart.  If a product does not have a CUSTOM style, email us to inquire if the product can be customized prior to ordering.
2. Visit our Customizable Design Page and choose the DESIGN STYLE NUMBER you want placed on your product.
3. When checking out, be sure and include the DESIGN STYLE NUMBER in your cart's checkout note.  Don't worry, if you forget we will contact you.
4. If you have your own design in mind, simply email us an inspiration picture at sales@corkandcrafts.net prior to ordering to insure we can accommodate your special request.
